COMMERCIAL AND SUPPLY FINANCE ANALYST
Successful candidate will have an opportunity to work for a well-renowned Global FMCG company in an exciting commercial partnering role that covers multiple integral aspects of finance: Supply chain, Pricing, Sales finance. The role involves analyzing data and supporting business partners to drive value from the Supply center view and to uncover areas of growth as well as support the overall business’ plans from the Demand center point of view.
Diageo Vietnam Limited Co. (DVL) – a Subsidiary of Global Diageo
– You will partner with Commercial and Demand/Supply team in monthly Sale & Operation and Consensus reviews to understand forward-looking sales performance and trends to assist Performance manager in forming accurate revenue outlook
–You will implement the controls in the area of budgeting for Trade and A&P spends
–You will be fully in charge of Pricing process including inter-company selling price set-up, full compliance to Global Minimum Price policy, owning the pricing value chain, andbeing responsible for Pricing CARM controls
–You will coordinate with Customer and Brand Marketing to review marketing and promotional programs, run P&L scenarios, review discount and A&P budget utilization and payment requests to ensure that the program designs and execution are optimal in driving sales and brand building strategies
-You will be responsible for inventory related matters including reporting and analysis of COGS, forecasting inventory value and working capital impact, calculating stock provision, and partnering with Demand/Supply COE to provide insights on COGS and drive optimal working capital
– You will be responsible for month-end closing including reviewing and monitoring A&P and Trade discount accruals and other closing activities in your areas of responsibility
–Perform other assigned tasks from line manager
Vietnam Spirits and Wine (VSW) – JV entity of Diageo and SABECO
–You will own the Periodic performance review (internal monthly BPM, bi-annual external BoM meeting) of the plant through reporting and analysis of COGS (Material, Overhead, CAPEX), Inventory, Cashflow and Working Capital.
–This includes working closely with the Supply Chain and Central F&A team in understanding business process/flow and its implications to financial performance and making highlight for risk and opportunities and mitigation action plans as required.
–You will also be responsible for the budgeting, forecasting (AOP- annual operating plan) and finding ways for the plant to be more cost efficient by owning the productivity agenda across operating modules.
–Your will play an active role in supporting Sourcing change business case analysis (for new Innovation, SKUs) in bidding process with other plants to win new businesses.
–Some master data maintenance/validation will be involved, such as new SKUs costing/pricing set-up.
